This information will only be accessed by appropriate San Diego ART Matters staff and the occasional third party, as described below.

Basic contact information collected, excluding e-mail addresses, will be shared via roster with all meeting attendees and exhibitors. To prevent your contact information from being included in any meeting roster, email us.

When you submit information via web forms, it is used to provide you with the services you have requested from us. By submitting data via web forms on our website(s), you consent to share your data in accordance with the guidelines of this privacy statement. Please email us if you require information about the data we've collected to process your online request.
